“To whom it may concern! My wife and I recently moved to the Gatineau region from Quebec City. While in the process of purchasing a residence in Aylmer, Quebec we needed to have a building inspection done by a professional. Local people we met started mentioning Mr. Mel Argun as probably the best candidate for the job we needed to have done. I then proceeded in contacting Mr. Argun late one Friday afternoon. To make a long story short, we met at the house approximately one hour later where Mr. Argun proceeded in doing a very thorough inspection. You could tell it was his field of expertise and that he knew what he was doing. He zoomed in to the more important issues and what to look for immediately. In no time, he was on the roof in the attic in the basement in the yard hence he simply covered it all. Once his detailed and thorough inspection of each sector was done, he would take the time to explain in a simple language even an inexperienced no knowledge of construction person like myself could clearly understand. I really appreciated that special attention and his delivery skills. As he had mentioned along the way, at the end of his inspection he wrote everything down in a nicely well put together professional binder for our records all of his findings and recommendations that should be addressed with the sellers.
